Oscars 2016 Favorites

Each year the Oscars bring together talent worldwide to honor and award the best of the best… However, we are most excited to see what everyone will be wearing. You could call the Oscars our very own version of the Super Bowl. This year’s red carpet was inspiring, both on a fashion and beauty level. In true Goldyn-form, we gravitated towards the edgier, less traditional looks. We found that our favorites ranged drastically from simple and easy to complex and intricate.

Rooney Mara was our top pick from the evening, she can never do wrong and last night was no exception. In heavily embellished Givenchy Haute Couture with the sleekest updo we’ve ever seen, Mara was both feminine and demure while being equally edgy and completely bad ass. Other Goldyn nods include Olivia Munn in monochromatic Stella McCartney, Saoirse Ronan in emerald sequined Calvin Klein Collection, Best Actress winner Brie Larson in cobalt Gucci and Margot Robbie in a gorgeous matte gold Tom Ford gown.

Below, find our full list of favorite looks from the 2016 Oscars. What were your top picks?

Oh, and congrats to Leo for finally bringing home the gold!
